Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated based on actual weight and destination zip code. A shipping calculator is available in the shopping cart.

Customer Satisfaction
We care about the way you feel about our products and services. After all, your suggestions help us to serve you better. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange your item or offer you a refund.

Returns and Refunds
Any requests for returns or claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. All exchanges and returns must be approved by customer service. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will even pay for the return shipping. Your replacement item will be shipped to you once we have received back your returns. If a refund is requested, it will be processed as soon as we receive the product back. Merchandise must be returned in its original package. Save all packing materials if breakage is involved. Personalized items can not be returned.

Order Processing and Delivery Times
Our standard turnaround time is 3-4 days for processing orders but often we ship your merchandise the very same day.
